I have found them to be more bass heavy than some others like the hyperx cloud II, both are great headphones. I prefer the a50s for wireless and that battery life is insane

Just got these yesterday. Love the comfort, the bass is great, the Dolby sound is fantastic, but outside noise bleed and the mic has unfortunately has a static response once used even after the firmware update

I just recently bought these, and I can attest to the battery life, comfort level, and sound quality- but ONE thing that is driving me crazy and going to cause me to return or maybe RMA my brand new set is the breaking of connection leading to sound cutting in and out. Constantly- no matter how I delete and download drivers or reset the program I'm using. My dock is literally right next to where I sit to game... and for 300 USD I can't phanthom dealing with this issue anymore.

I remember paying $300 for them about 2years ago for PS4 workers really good. I just build my PC a month ago to date and the headset also works for PC. But I’m unable to perform the updates from command center it stops about 25% through then fails...I also had Turtle Beaches for about $100 for PS4 those are also good for your every day gaming.

The only negative I can speak of is. The center head cushion, Located between the two ear phones. Keeps breaking free and coming loose. They seriously need to come up with a much better design to attach that center cushion. sad part is I cannot find a replacement part for just the center head cushion. However, it is still a great gaming head set.

Almost exactly a year after having them, I wouldn’t recommend them. I could tell a slight difference in noise quality between these and my old Turtlebeach stealths... but it wasn’t significant enough to warrant the price. Also, my mic no longer works as of last week. What I’ve learned 1. Cordless, 2. Atleast 40mm drivers, and 3. Not more than $130 USD. Everything else is insignificant.

Love this headset but I don’t like how much outside noise it picks up I can here my fan and even me breaking or if my volume is to loud people I play with can here an echo..

I got these to replace my RIG 800XL. honestly I think the sound and is much more clear on my RIGs. Is there a special setting on the audio that you use? Because the sound on the Astro is very boomy

I have these but my mic has began to loose grip and drop down, anyway to fix it?

They sound like trash on next gen consoles unless you are using an hdmi extractor. Unfortunately, when you use an extractor, you loose video output options. If you are on last gen consoles, and don’t plan on upgrading any time soon, then I would buy these. (A40’s are $199 right now).
