Today in our village we cook 6 big size octopuses. We make octopus fry using fewer masalas, which are our traditional ingredients for making fried recipes.

Finally, we enjoy the giant octopus fry with our favorite mutton meals.

Love from China 🇨🇳 ♥ I love that you use ancient traditional cooking styles to make food for the community. It’s also really interesting looking at the similar and different cooking styles from Chinese food (for instance, putting the chicken through oil first and then sauteeing it a second time in green onions chili etc is similar to some of our recipes etc / however we tend to sautee spices in oil rather than warming it and then grinding it into paste etc), but the usage of food as a medium for community and harmony is the same! ❤
