Respect, from Portugal 🇵🇹 ! I eat octopus every 14 days with my family. We shortly boil it first in very small quantity of water with some potatoes so they get octopus flavor and pink (releases the water inside the Octopus). And then we covered it olive oil in a clay tray and in the oven, like you did.

Man wish I woulda found this channel sooner but I’m glad I did now the love you guys radiate and closeness as a family and father to son is awesome.
