1.5-2g protein per kg bodyweight is optimal if you workout.
Considering average Indian male weight around 70kg, anything between 100-150g per day is more than sufficient.

Too much protein = Too much Nitrogenous waste = Overload on kidney to remove nitrogenous waste. However, around 100g protein/day along with healthy fat & plenty of water will do miracles.

Yes he is right, especially in the early days when you have no idea about having a good diet and start eating a lot of protein, but this issue can be easily fixed augmenting the ammount of fibre in your diet

Poor stomach issues means poor digestion .too much bloating is not limited to flatulence ..bloating is a symptom of gas ..and as we know it's excess nitrogenous entity being highlighted.. gradually over time this gas gets absorbed into the body leading to much complicated problems..even issues like chronic back pain cause of gas in your blood vessels..pressurising the vessels and numbing the veins around it. Lot of complication due to one digestion issue. SOLUTION :- weigh and eat and eat accoridng to your active and rest days.. during rest days lower the amount that you usually take and in active days eat as per your target keeping in mind you are taking care of your liver with other supplements..

Jo log gym jaate hai unko 1.6-2.2 gm/kg of body weight lena hai same ye lean logo ke liye hai agar aap fat ho to lean body mass pe calculate karke lo

Ab kya nhi karna jisse protein aapke liye harmful na bane

Aapko 4 ya 5 gm per kg nhi lena hai

Aapko sirf supplements se apna protein intake pura nhi karna supplements le sakte ho lekin jyada nhi jaise whey protein ka ek scoop ideal hai aur sab khaane se pura karo

Protein is digested through kidneys, excessive protein intake leads to production of amino acids and atlast urea and nitrogen products derived from high protein are flushed through kidneys, so excessive protein means higher water intake because less water and more protein may lead to huge load on kidneys leading onto stones either or kidney dysfunction or malfunction

It can cause kidney damage as well if eaten over excessive like 600 grams per day some bodybuilders have done that 😅 I am not saying that it is harmful but two scoops per day even won't harm a toddler😅

Too much of protein without adequate exercise can damage kidneys and cause joint depositions and inflammmtion, so pls consume as per exercise levels, with plenty of fluids and fruits or vegetables for maintaing kidneys and joint health along with muscle 💪💪
