I love thinking that the Taxi driver was just sitting outside hearing gunshots and Evan beating the shit out of everyone.

My favorite part of this level is how if there's still unwhacked enemies when you reach the guy you need to talk to, they'll just stand behind you and point their guns at you while you converse. And then *not* shoot you when you're done.

One of my favorite details of Evan’s play style, is that you have to really push him to start killing. If you go to finish off a knocked down enemy, you can easily incap the enemy with two clicks. Bang, bang, he’s out. If you try to do a third hit, Evan denies your command. The character knows their limit and tries to fight the urge to kill. You, as the player, must then disregard Evan’s refusal and force him to deliver the killing blow. Kill again, and Evan will rip off his jacket and your screen will gain a red tint. Evan is also the only character that can continuously beat on a dead corpse for as long as the player wants. This is the rage that Evan (the character) was keeping buried in until we (the player) forced him to let it out.

I love how Evan is up there with Jacket and Son in terms of sheer skill. Yet he's the only character in the game thats a pacifist.

Out of all the songs on this soundtrack, this one reminds me the most of the first game

I remember having so much fun with this level, challenging myself to play with only the bat. I noticed that he never actually kills anyone if you hit them with the bat, and I refused to let the one somewhat pure character of the game start murdering everyone. Then I realized how fun melee-only runs were, with how much strategy goes into them.

And then the next level let me play Tony.

I have a feeling that this is one of the most underrated songs from the soundtrack. No idea why, I think it's incredibly cool. Maybe it's just that it has a different vibe than Roller Mobster or Acid Spit.

Ngl, Evan surviving through all of these ordeals unscathed without killing anyone is immensely more impressive than any of the other character's feats.
