Yep! That seems like the perfect idea.
Once that chain breaks, it can really do some damage.
Maybe it will not just be a flesh wound but you might be able to cut through bones and skull...

Пробовал, тримеру тяжело, разбивает нижний редуктор, да и после пары хороших ударов о камни её гнёт и появляется сильная вибрация. Из всего что пробовал лучший вариант это сегменты прикученные к трмерному диску, но опять же они работают только на большой жёсткой траве, для мелкой и мягкой лучше использовать леску

Bad idea for a couple reasons. First the driving mechanism in your weedeater is not gonna be strong enough for that to last - which in reality is a good thing because if it ever did last for any length of time eventually those chains will fail and when they do they will potentially do a lot of damage to whatever they hit - including you or your neighbor. Having a really light string addresses that by not being able to store much kinetic energy. Cool idea, but I'd chalk it up to experience before someone gets hurt.

if your center plate was the same thickness as the chain you could have drilled a hole thru and connected the chain with a master link. still dont know how much id trust it but be a hell of a lot stronger than that tiny machine screw

The idea is 100% deadly. I had an employee who had the same idea and now has a broken foot. I strongly warn against recreating it

You can also replace the nylon trimmer cord with 'bull wire'... galvanized steel wire. One piece lasts all season!

They had something like that over here in the states but it was discontinued many years ago. I've been wanting to do one but use chainsaw chain. Mainly to be light and thin. It makes clearing fence rows quick.

Нужно что бы каждая цепь крепилась к диску обоими концами. Цепь одновременно не оторвется с двух точек крепления, одно да и уцелеет.

Make the disc lighter by opening some symmetrical holes. You will not strain the motor and you will have more revolutions per minute.
