How do I get my teeth so white? 😬

Ive tried A LOT of things…

👉🏼 The secret is teeth whitening strips!

Im sure any brand works, but the ones ive used before have been:

Crest - The very first ones I used where I noticed the most difference. Not sure if it’s because it’s my first time using them, but they are expensive af here in Australia

Oral B - Im sure it’s the same as crest but cheaper

Tooth Toner - Currently on my first box of these because I saw they had good ratings and were even cheaper. I currenty like them more than the Oral B ones, but do they work as well? Idk lmao - my teeth are already white now so I just do these strips to maintain them 😂

All I do is put the 2 strips on my teeth for 30 minutes to 1 hour before bed. It tastes completely fine and there's no mess or discomfort like the gels or blue light teeth whitening stuff, so very easy and convenient!

I do these every 3-4 months just for maintenance now ☺️

Please read this before you try teeth whitening strips! First of all I want to mention that your teeth do not have to be perfectly pearly white and shiny for you to be beautiful, or even for you to have healthy teeth. I reccomend practicing good oral hygenine by using a mouth wash once a day (if possible), brushing or scraping your tongue, flossing once a day, and if you can't do any of these things, at the very least try to brush twice a day, before eating in the morning, and before bed at night. Eating calcium rich foods can help keep your teeth strong, and stay hydrated will prevent dry mouth, bad breath, and bacteria building up. Acidic and sugary can also cause harm to your teeth, but don't worry, just eat them in moderation and rinse your mouth occasionally by drinking water. However! If you do decide that you would like to try teeth whitening strips, remember to read the instructions CAREFULLY and follow them! There's a proper way to use the product to ensure the safest, least damaging results. 2. Look for an ADA (American Dental Association) Certification. 3. AVOID the ingredient Chlorine dioxide, it WILL harm your enamel. Please take good care of your teeth y'all!!! ❤❤❤❤

been doing the same thing, bought a box every two weeks not knowing you’re only supposed to use 2 boxes once a year. my teeth are super white but also super sensitive and my enamel is so bad now, so be careful

I recommend you slice the strips in half because whitening the inside of your teeth has no benefit! And also you double your whitening strips that way :))

Another great option is the arc teeth whitening paste! It's not as strong as the strips, but it's quick and a bit more comfortable imo.

y'all should get an actual fitted whitening cover for your teeth, you just gotta add some whitening cream inside and pop them on for a while. they're reusable too and whiten your teeth very thoroughly
