I am Obese and I hate it. Was 135 kg 5 months ago today 97 kg and still grinding, work life is hindering me but still managed to lose some.
19-06-2024 : my weight is now 90 kg

I was fat, its not easy to lose weight. I love eating and i was used to being lazy and i used to love that lifestyle, its not easy to change but its not impossible. The amount of mental preparation for losing weight is not talked about more.
