Yes, set up a no fly zone, and Russian tactical nukes fly and Stoltenberg will have to scramble to respond with tactical nukes but only realizes that there is very limited tactical nuke options on the table for NATO to launch....yes, send in gravity hope the Russian air defense is weak and cannot intercept the warplanes....

Ukraine needs heavy war equipment as soon as possible and right now!
NATO must ensure that heavy war equipment such as tanks and fighter planes are made available to the Ukrainians as quickly as possible.
This isn't a children's birthday party, it's war. Every tank, every fighter plane can save innocent lives and give Ukraine a chance for peace.
But it has to happen quickly.
Help Ukraine.
