I just went over the Type 2 diabetes marker and I've been looking for alternatives to white rice and pasta. I don't eat them every day or every other day. I used to eat parboiled white rice, but am trying to avoid high starches and GMO grain foods. So I tried some wild rice today. It's SO SO good, cooked in chicken broth. I know the calories are higher. But if it has all of these benefits, I'm in👍🏽. Dealing with lots of inflammation related to my food choices, so I have to get that down. This is a WONDERFUL list. I'm going to subscribe. Can you do more food substitutes for near diabetic and diabetic. I've tried SEVERAL somewhat sugar substitutions. I can't find one that doesn't hurt me. I found that Monkfruit/ Erythritol has a BAD side effect on me. I've also tried an expensive liquid Stevia blend, no luck.
