I love eating raw garlic & a teaspoon of turmeric. Ginger lemon tea with few pods of clove is another good tea worth drinking daily.

Combining herbs, consuming it in right doses is the key IMO.
I've had some health issues and many resolved some time after adding something new.
At the moment I've been consuming about 20 different herbs. Doses of some are much lower than recommended.
My favorites are turmeric, garlic, oregano, ashwaganda, cayenne, black pepper, cardamom, tarragon, centaury and nutmeg.

Turmeric has held up in scientific studies & has very powerful anti inflammatory properties. To optimize its benefits you will probably need to supplement unless you pour it on everything you eat. It has poor bioavailability so look for a supplement that has pepper plant added which increases bioavailability. I don’t have my source material handy but it can be found quite easily. Excellent video

I've always kept a quality bottle of Lavender oil in my house. It's the only oil that you can put straight onto the skin without a carrier oil. Hence it being helpful as an antiseptic aid 😊

Very informative and well presented.
Since you have mentioned ginger, you could have added garlic also, though it is more a vegetable or spice. However, garlic is used in small quantities in main food. Garlic is also highly beneficial.
