I interacted with the broken cart nothing happened and when i finished the chapter and came back the thread or rope is missing and i cant interact

I killed the 3 carts but i cannot interact with statue . Is that because i killed the big boss

Broken Cart isn't necessary for secret area. That one is just for the Horse-Guai quest
