Thank you very much, it really helped me a lot.
Currently I had problems with a hosting provider and my users were affected. With this solution I can make the migration without problem.

Very helpful. Thank you. I have a question. I need to migrate email contents across 2 different servers. The source server is live, meaning DNS is already pointed and working. Now I want to migrate the same email to the destination server of the same domain which hasn't pointed on DNS to the new server. So, before DNS migration can IMAPsync is able to copy mails from source (DNS active) to destination server (DNS hasn't pointed yet)?

If transferring to the same address do you need to have the domain pointing to the new server first or can it be done afterwards? What about mx records? Thanks.

--sslargs1 SSL_version=TLSv1 ???
No way I will purchase a tool that can't even connect to mail server...

Hi, you dont specify how to use imapsync between a remote and a local server, or how to use it for backup.
