Some of the best " life stories " I've ever heard. Especially those where obstacles had to be overcome.

At the end of one of Harvey’s radio programs that I heard, he lamented that an elderly listener had accused him of repeatedly using a certain vulgar expression on many of his broadcasts. Harvey said that it was not part of his normal vocabulary and could not remember ever using it on the air. He and his staff searched through a large number of scripts to no avail, but he believed he finally figured out what concerned the listener. He laughingly ended the broadcast, “Paul Harvey, good gravy!”

There were two shows he did that have I’ve always remembered. The Pot Roast Story and one about abortion in regards to Beethoven. Do you have those as I’d love to hear them again and forward them on to many people. Thumbs Up!
