The draw everyday part is very useful advice. I used to only draw once in a while when I was bored or I didn't want to pay attention in class, and my drawings were pretty crap. However, recently I have began sketching more and more, several times a day, and I have rapidly grown better at it since. Also, don't be afraid to use a reference image. It helps a lot and gets some of the basic structure and anatomy drilled into your muscle memory.

The last tip is an important one.

If you don't draw too often, then you can regress in terms of skill. I used to draw all the time as a child, and stopped in my mid teens.

When i came back to it this year, at 29, I felt like I was starting all over again!
