Man, Pewdiepie has gotten so close to exposing competitive yoyoing to the rest of the world so many times it's unreal. If I'm not mistaken he reacted to a clip where someone took a video of him yoyoing and put on top of an image of the WYYC2014 stage and I remember thinking "THIS IS THE MOMENT!! YOYOING IS GOING TO BE A REAL THING AGAIN!!"

I have been so disappointed with plastic yoyo’s that went out of control, and you just taught me that the sting needs to be at the top of the yoyo. I even know how to do some basic tricks and I didn’t even think to look at the physics of the string position, thanks dude.
