**ABOUT P.U.L.S.E. RESTORED & RE-EDITED**
The P.U.L.S.E. concert film (helmed by esteemed director David Mallet) will be available as 2x Blu-ray and 2x DVD deluxe box sets, with the video footage having been expertly re-edited by Aubrey Powell/Hipgnosis from the original tape masters especially for The Later Years release in 2019. The cover design, originally created by Storm Thorgerson and Peter Curzon for the 2006 DVD release, has also been updated with photography by Aubrey Powell/Hipgnosis and Rupert Truman/StormStudios. The packaging artwork is designed by Peter Curzon from StormStudios, under the direction of Aubrey Powell/Hignosis.

This release also sees the reintroduction of the iconic pulsating light as per the original 1995 CD release, this time operated by 2 replaceable AA batteries. The deluxe packages include music videos, concert screen films, documentaries, Pulse Tour rehearsal footage & more, alongside a 60-page booklet.

P.U.L.S.E., originally released as an album in 1995, was recorded on the European leg of the Division Bell tour and the DVD and Blu-Ray packages include the whole live performance of ‘The Dark Side Of The Moon’ - the only full live filmed recording of this seminal album. The concert, filmed on 20 October 1994 at Earls Court in London, saw Pink Floyd play some of their classic tracks as well as highlights from the recently released album ‘The Division Bell’. Standout tracks include ‘High Hopes’, ‘Keep Talking’, ‘Sorrow’, ‘Wish You Were Here’, ‘Comfortably Numb’ and ‘The Great Gig In The Sky’.

Honestly one of the most hauntingly beautiful pieces of music ever recorded. I miss Rick Wright so much; what a genius and a gentle soul. This is one of his greatest legacies.

I still remember the utter amazement of seeing this live. Back then computer animations were brief and amazing. Storm and his crew elevated that to a whole new level.

Never noticed that this was on the circle screen, and I've seen PULSE so many times..What an experience this would be while tripping. The 3D animation here, and in Time's screen film is actually fascinating. I like the look of it, not gonna lie.
The sperm escapes the boiler, and goes through an ordinary home, which has stuff you'd expect to see in someone's house. After exploring the rooms (maybe the train and clown represent a child's room. Remember when you were young? And then up in the attic, an older man might be researching with the papers and microscope, trying to find meaning in something), the sperm finds a prism. And it turns out that he was actually the key to making the prism come to life, thereby creating the pyramids and rainbows we know from Dark Side of the Moon. Our snakelike friend finds a partner, and, like the two pyramids, they come together. Although he's far from where he started, he went on to create something that's unlike the normal things we'd seen before, but spectacular at the same time.

Or heck, maybe this was more of a "Yeah, just put something up on there, but make it look snazzy" kind of film. I'll tell you one thing though, if one of my high school English teachers read my off-the-cuff interpretation, they'd probably cry with pride. You know, "The author said this door was colored red, but it's REALLY a way to clue us in to the main character's anger towards an issue", and all that.

En mi opinión, la tercera mejor canción de la banda. Solo superada por Shine On You Crazy Diamont I-V y Time. Esos gritos, ese piano, esa lap Steel guitar, esa voz... Una lágrima cae sobre mi mejilla. Tiene una melodía fascinantemente épica y emotiva. Conmovedora. Una gran obra maestra.
