i just go my popl and it says to register with this code that i have but there is no where to put the code... OMG you make it all look so easy I must be a dumb arse because i totally cannot work it out

When I try to activating my popl it says new tag collected. Then under it it says empty tag. There is no continue button or anything and it doesn't seem like it works on other phones. Does the person you trying to pop have to have the app as well?

Just got my popl today to help share my social media with other people, but it doesn't seem to want to work. Even after I activated it, when I have other people put their phones on it, the popl itself does not seem to send the link to the other phone: could I possibly have help with his product? I'd love to say that I can recommend this product to friends, but currently, I cannot.

does it have to be at the bottom of the phone? Or can I place it towards the top right corner of my phone. I ask because I dont want it to interfere with my car mount. thanks!
