Really Simple Vanilla Cupcakes | fiona's food

A super quick and easy recipe for vanilla cupcakes for you to decorate how you'd like! Also, please excuse the AWFUL spelling mistake in there. I know it's spelt sugar :/

Ingredients:
150g (2/3 Cup) Unsalted Butter
150g (2/3 Cup) Caster Sugar
150g (1 and 1/5 cup) Self-raising flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder

I just googled the cup conversions - I haven't tested them so I hope they're right! :)

I love this it’s straight to the recipe, no faffing around :) kids asked me to make cupcakes with them i used brown sugar instead, plain flour with baking powder. I also added caramel and walnuts to my cupcakes lovely ☺️

These are so light and fluffy and so easy to make. You don’t even need to mix the flour and baking soda in a separate bowl you can just put it straight in through a sieve for less clean up. Highly recommend 👍🧁
