Super Moist Vanilla Cupcakes | No Egg No Milk No Butter Cake.
Eggless Vanilla Cupcakes.
Cupcake without egg / Cupcake without Milk / Cupcake without Butter.
These SIMPLE VEGAN VANILLA CUPCAKES are super moist and so easy to make and they are delicious.
Makes 12 cupcakes.

✅ Ingredients:
1 ½ cup (210 g) All-Purpose Flour
3/4 cup (150 g) Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp (12 g) Baking Powder
1/8 tsp (pinch) Salt
1/3 cup (75 ml) Vegetable Oil
1 cup (250 ml) warm water 90-110oF (32-43oC)
1 tbsp (15 ml) Vanilla Extract

I made this today, only I made it as a cake in a 8x8 pan. The baking time was a little longer, but it turned out absolutely delicious! It was moist and perfectly sweet! I also recently made your recipe for baked pumpkin donuts and they also turned out great! Thank you so much for sharing! 🙌

I just tried this recipe last night when I wanted a quick and easy muffin recipe. (One that my husband can also enjoy as he is lactose intolerant.) And was MOIST, DELICIOUS and the perfect SWEETNESS! My husband and I enjoyed it so much. This is definitely going into my recipe book.

Tip: I didn't have a muffin tray so I used a loaf pan and it turned out great. Just adjust the cooking time. Mine took about 30 minutes to cook @ 175"C.
