1 1/2 cup cake flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

1 stick butter
1 cup white sugar
3 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
150ml milk

Made this today and i was satisfied. For anyone who doesn’t know or cant be bothered to google the ‘1 stick of butter’ you can put 100g of butter.

It was so soft and spongy. I wanna adjust the baking powder amount though cuz u get that aftertaste a bit. I am not a great baker so a bit scared to mess around.

You might wanna increase the sugar if you have a sweet tooth.

The best cupcakes I've ever made, so glad I could make this for my mum on mother's day it meant alot to I used self raising flour still came nice also made snowballs. Super light and fluffy finally achieved
