It is not only those products that can only help you guyd, since many people depending on products. But hygiene as well. I've seen my brother with bad hygiene, uses many product, and still wondering why his face and body have many infectious bacterial acne. Never change his pillow cover after touching his blood and things from his acne, always hugs his favorite blanket that has many blood of his acne that never been wash.

Its just dont rely on product but also just have a good hygiene you guys. God bless and get well soon

For my comedonal acne I use ordinary Salicylic acid and Epiduo and for inflammation or acne scars I use Dr. Sheth's Azelaic Acid creme. These have suited me well. However, I have to hydrate my skin as all of them are drying on skin. The best moisturiser for my dry sensitive skin is Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Baume and hands down the best moisturizer I have ever used till date.

Help with premenopausal inflammatory acne

Been hammering the cerave acne/blemish cleanser with the their complimentary exfoliate which I do every now and then. I’ve upped my routine to include a retinol(cerave resurfacing) and they’re day time one with SPF added.

Found a clear cast SPF50 sunscreen for when I go out the house. I wish it was more common.

I was suffering for so long with my acne. I was doing the following routine

- salicylic acid cleanser
- bha aha toner
- retinol
- benzoyl peroxide
- snail mucin
- hylauronic acid gel cream

I cut out the first four which were supposed to actually help my acne and dark spots and my skin cleared. Pores are also looking smaller. I don’t know why this was the case. All those actives were supposed to clear acne
