Keep in mind, since first september 2020 TLS and SSL certificates will soon be valid for a maximum of 13 months.

I have tried to do the above method and encountered a problem of not being able to Simmulate. The problem I encountered was that when I clicked into the User management menu, it gave an error: HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found.
The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
And when I press into the WinCC Unified RT menu, it shows the following error: HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.
Could you please give me some advice on solving this problem?

I can run up a screen in web browser but I have no "Certificate Authority" button showing beforehand. I do have "User Management", "WinCC UnifiedRT" and "WinCC Unified Help". Why might this be?

How did you manage in Simatic Runtime Manager connection type REAL? I have SIMULATION type. Will be possible to connect from another PC or Tablet with the SIMULATION type or doesn`t matter?

Thank you very much for the good explainations. However, in an environment without DNS Server, how would you connect an Android device? The "Use IP-Adress instead of computer name" in the WinCC Unified Configuration Tool rejects the created certificats. The existing "..._selfsigned" certificats seam not to be sufficiant. The "Certificate Authority" button does not exist and the login screen does not show up (due to the missing address resolution) and fails of course later with the swac... error (as expected). Right now we evaluate with V17 Upd 1. Is there any known solution?

I appreciate all your videos, thank you. My question is when running Certificates just trying to connect (2) Clients a WinCC Unified PC (1k) RT license key the way I'm reading the delivery release notes it states (2) clients can also be connected either (2) webpages on the same PC or (1) local (1) Remote Client; however when I launch the 2nd web browser either locally or remotely I get a license key Nag missing WinCC Unified Client Operate. Do you know of any setting on that Windows 10 PC or in the Chrome that might cause this? Also the WinCC Unified Clients Operate licenses keys are available 1, 3, 10, 30 or 100, do you know of any utility or way to determine how many clients are connected?
