In this Video I show you how you can easily configure an IPC with SoftPLC. The struggle is that is not possible to configure it in one device.

I use a Solution from the WinCC Professional and it works also for Unified.

Hello. There is a better solution using the VMM Network Interface which is a virtual Ethernet board installed within CPU150xS.
You may connect the WinCC Unified PC to this virtual Ethernet Board.
It works fine, I already tested it using an Open Controller.

Hallo Hecht, vilen Dank für die ganzen Videos. Hat mich sehr weiter gebracht. Mach weiter so. Kannst du mal ein Video machen wie das ganze mit V17 funktionert. Laut einem Dokument von Siemens soll das jetzt ja ohne diese zusätzliche "fake" PC-Station gehen. Also alles in einer Station. Bekomme es aber nicht hin.

You used two IPCs. What if we want to have S7-1500 soft plc + wincc unified runtime on single IPC ?

Hi Hecht, kannst du mal bitte ein Video machen wie das ganze einzustellen ist damit das mit dem VMM Network funktioniert. Bei mir klappt das leider nicht. Hab aber Mediasense deaktiviert.
