How To Change A Ford F-150 Cabin Filter 2020 F150 DIY Replace Remove Tutorial

WHEN SHOULD YOU CHANGE CABIN AIR FILTERS ON YOUR 2020 F150?
Ford Motor Company recommends that you remove and replace this cabin filter every 15,000-20,000 miles.

However, you may want to replace or change the cabin filter more often if:
-You or a frequent passenger suffers from allergies
-You or a frequent passenger has other respiratory problems
-You drive your f150 on dirt roads or in excessively dusty conditions
-You drive your f150 in heavily polluted areas

Great video...concise without unnecessary information. Only suggestion I would add would be to note the direction of air flow on the original filter when taking it out since the filters are directional.

Great video, the only thing I would add is make sure the airflow arrow on the new filter is pointing down. The air flow comes from top to bottom.

Outstanding video, dealer wanted $79.00 to replace mine on a 2020 lariat, purchased filter on amazon for less than $20.00 dollars, a good savings, not counti g gas to the dealer and wasting half a day. Again great video.

Performed 1st change of cabin filter on my 2020 F150 XLT Supercab. Great and through video instructions. Two notes: There were two (2) 7mm screws adjacent to the ones shown on the video. Kind of confusing at first. Also, it being the first filter change, I had to gingerly use pliers to dislodge the plastic trims (very tight). All reinstalled without much effort. Great instructional video! Thanks for sharing.

*Heads up* If any you have a King Ranch or Platinum, be careful. That wooden trim piece cost me $227.00.
When gently prying it, the wood chipped and I wanted it replaced.
