Good to see the V6 did actually get mentioned, even if it was a quick list of available engines, only to be ignored for the rest of the video.

👍5 of us have them and a few get abused. They are very reliable.
Especially considering it’s a modern car which has to have more electrical and pollution gear

The idle up button is for warming up the engine on a cold start in cold climates once the engine reaches operating temps it drops back to normal RPM or at least that’s how it works on my 120 series Prado

I know a few friends who brought a ranger and they spent more time in the repair shop than on the road
I would never buy a ranger.
Toyota reliability is tried and tested

💪Hilux. A farmer we know in central NSW only services his n80 hiluxes every 100, 000km crazy! And they keep running.
He recons that way it’s easier to not miss a service 😁

This is a great idea for a series. A 4wd based review on these cars. I’m keen for when you get to used prados

Don’t buy from Grays auctions, unless you want a lemon. Read their reviews and do your research before purchasing from them.

Even not being as reliable as older generations and already outdated, I'd go for one before a Ranger or an Amarok with a wet timing belt, here in Europe with the 2.0L engine.
