My father was an insurance adjuster in the 1960's. I saw a lot of GEICO commercials on TV back then. I asked my father "If GEICO is so cheap, how come we don't have GEICO insurance?" My father smiled and said, "If you think GEICO is cheap when you purchase their insurance, just wait until you have a claim with them..."

I've been a USAA insurance holder since I was 18. They are on the ball getting things settled, I've even had them take care of getting a car back to working order and then they went after the other insurance company, that included 1 month rental - no out of pocket for me. They are worth every penny I've paid over the years.

Currently in a claim with State Farm (homeowner claim) and while they admit it’s a covered claim and agreed to 70% of the damage (working to pull in an engineer to validate the remaining 30%) I incurred the damage in July and we are in November and they’ve just now gotten around to managing the claim and quotes. They’re offering half and it’s outrageous! I’m fighting tooth and nail to get what’s rightfully due and it’s just so painful.

My local state farm agent has a reputation around town of always paying. I call a tow driver and just tell them to bill him. Everyone seems to know him and have no problem. Great guy. Great service.

I was ghosted by USAA when I was rear ended by an 83 year old women who had them for insurance. Almost had to get a lawyer and then they tried to massively undervalue my vehicle after months of not answering any of my calls.

I've had USAA when I started driving at 18 I'm now 35. 17 years later 3 totaled cars from my early 20s 😬 only a couple very minor accidents since thankfully. I've always been happy with them. Great great service, I'll pay extra for real coverage. For all involved parties!

I had Geico, and the opposite happened. I hit someone going four miles an hour (my mistake, thought traffic had started but she was still stopped) and the driver and passenger made up "head, neck, and back injuries that disabled them for life" and Geico gave them EVERYTHING my limits covered without so much as a fight.

I had Allstate for home owners. They were very responsive and paid faster than I was ready. A++ service.

I have all my insurance through USAA (I used to have my retirement through them before they offloaded to Victory Capital). They’ve since increased premiums across the board since the pandemic, but they have always been providing top notch service and professionalism. They even chased down other insurance companies when they tried to railroad my neighbor after a bad storm. Top folks in my opinion.

I've had usaa my whole life. Every single incident they've been awesome, on the ball, and payed on time. No reimbursements, they actually payed.
