How to retune your LG Freeview TV

You need to tick the smart retuning box too, that was the only way we could get itv2, 3, 4

I now have a blank screen and none of the buttons work at all.. It's a complete pain in the rear ~ I'm bed ridden and I can't even get up to kick the telly box in!!

Unplugging freesat then scanning and repeating with the sat connected worked for me. But, can’t this be achieved in software, wiping the stored info, negating the need to unplug a wall mounted flat screen TV

Really good information but personal I think instead of have the Tv programs in background there should be visual instructions as well as written ones.

My LG tv has freeview built into it but we get a rubbish tv signal in our area . I can't afford to keep paying someone to put my aerial back because of bad weather. So just have to make do with going through wifi through NOW tv. Can only get BBC and ITV channels on live TV though. Will I get all freeview channels on a smart TV through wifi?

I have a ridiculously expensive LG Oled tv but the freeview play takes an age to load, sometimes upto 20 seconds! Do you have any ideas what might be causing this and how to rectify?
