This video shows you how to do a manual tune of your TV. By manually tuning the services that you want to use for the transmitter you're using. This ensures that your TV always stores the right TV services and channels where the automatic scan can sometimes store services from the wrong transmitter which could give you poor TV reception. Great video. We bought 2 new Samsung OLED TVs and one is working perfectly with BBC 1 and 2 linked to the South East Region…the other is getting pixelated vision on BBC1 and 2 because it is linked to BBC London. All other Channels on both TVs are working perfectly. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have a Sharp LCD 24BE0K. I can manually retune it via 'digital manual tuning' but it continually retunes itself and I lose picture; I need BBC channels tuned to 32 and ITV to 34 but it continually retunes all channels back to 40 resulting in severe pixilation and loss of sound. I've tried going back to factory settings and starting over but the same thing happens. Sometimes, I have to retune it multiple times in the space of half an hour. I've switched off 'auto update channel list' but to no avail. Can you help please? Thanks v much.

Nice vid! I searched and found the transmitters and the channels i should input but for some reason the tv only accepts 41 43 44 and 47, leaving me without hd and bbc channels etc.. what do i do?

Please can you help? I have tried the auto tune but get no channels while it’s searching or when it’s finished. I have the same tv as you. Everything was good - channels all there and then I turned on yesterday and it said weak or no signal and when I press guide it says set the current time and date first. I tried this manually and it took it but doesn’t hold it. I am changing to BT basic tv package in Jan and I know they tested things. But they say this would have made no difference as I was not with them for tv to start with. I have done a check to see if internet connection is good and it shows all working well. As soon as auto set up is complete and I press guide it says to set the time first every time. Is my tv ok or do I need to get a new one? Thank you so much.

Hi there i am trying to pick up Atlantic channel on 108 and 208 how can i add them manually, the channels selector seems to go up to about 68, i'm not sure what block Atlantic is on from Fred in Essex, i get London and Sudbury here got aerial for both F

My issue is I moved to Northamptonshire from London and now my Samsung 6 series cannot tune any channels whatsoever I have tried reset, cable connection, antenna yet nothing works. Help please
