Hi. I have OLED55C21 and problem with favorite channels. The TV often self delete some channels from favorite list. These channels still available in list of all channels, they disappear only from list of favorite. The second problem is when I use the Up/Down button on remote.Channels count for example 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 but after 5 skip to 1. I must to wait a while, then channels count normal 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 etc.
I use cable tv via CI interface
Do you have advise, please?

In my "Channel Guide" screen I usually had many programs (for each channel) for the following 48h or more, that I could select to program to automatically appear, but yesterday I found that I can only see/select the following program in each channel (just the one immediatly after the one running). How can I have it to choose/select/program for the next 48 h or so?

I have the LG 65UQ81006LB TV and I have tried to edit the TV program numbers in "Edit All Programs" but I don't have the "Edit Program Number " feature as all I have is Lock/Unlock & Skip/Restore features.? Any ideas how I can change the TV program numbers on this model? Thanks

I had bought an LG C2 TV eight months ago, when I was living in Chile. Now I moved to UK and can't change the country to UK, so I can't tune any UK channels or apps and the TV settings doesn't give an option to change to UK ( all it gives few countries in South America). How do I use my brand new TV in UK?

LG removed the Move button, not for certification reasons linked to certain channels (the present excuse) but for ALL channels. The screenshot in the on screen guide (just like this video) even shows that the Move button should be there but it is not. There was no need to remove it, it is extremely disruptive when we're used to pressing 3, 4 or 5 for ITV, CH4 and CH5 but the HD versions of the same channels are way up on 103, 104, and 105. Obviously people want to switch these channel numbers for good, accessible reason. We paid hard earned money for these TVs, they are supposed to be "smart and customisable" but LG is stripping out the very smart, customisable features we need that were in previous LG TVs for years, essentially making some same-spec LG TVs a downgrade.

I’ve had LG TVs for years and I have had no problem at all with managing the programmes but suddenly I have a load of programmes I want to remove from my TV and there are chunks of numbers missing from the sequential list. BBC3 appears to be number 614!! Life is NOT good with LG! Life is too short. Sort it out or I’ll be buying my next TV from another company!
