Well I just tried this video. After working on left leg only, I compared both my legs and surprisingly, my left leg was a bit longer. I worked on my right leg as well and now I've gained a little bit of height. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Holy moly…I did this and it worked! Aahhh the stretch was good, albeit painful…I was getting one leg knee pain coz of the height difference…thanks, man!!

I had a fall from my bike about 4 years ago. Since then my right hip has been in constant pain, despite trying many different treatments. I will try these exercises.

I’ve only just recently come across these exercises and I’m so glad that I did. I felt relief almost immediately and will continue to do them. My problem is a little arthritis in right hip. L4 and L5 and Si. Arthritis of the spine too. I also have osteopenia. I will continue from now on. Thank you so much.🙏🙏

Hello. I am very happy to see your video. For the last 25 years my right hip has been lower than the left one. I’ve gradually developed numbness in my left outer thigh, as well as a tight IT band in the left thigh. Recently, my inner left meniscus is causing me pain after running or hiking. I’ve tried heel lifts in my right shoe but nothing seems to work. Your video has given me hope. Thank you.

This is exactly what I'm experiencing with my right leg. I started these 2 exercises this morning with 3 more that you share in another video. My chiropractor suggested a shoe insert, but I disagree and am glad I found these stretch exercise videos. Thank you. I learned about my leg issue when my right knee pain started. I'm 52 and have been doing karate for 3 years. I teach and so I also end up sitting a lot (grading, preparing lessons at my computer, etc).

I was recently told to wear a shoe lift because I have an acquired scoliosis from my leg length discrepancy never being corrected at birth. I’d love to try this so I can get back into my usual footwear that are more appropriate for my job. Definitely can’t wait to do these exercises.

Every effective exercise i have groin pain while playing football when i kick the ball pain comes like a fire in groin area. Your video pop up like a gift. Hope it will cure my groin area. Thank you God bless you

I had hip replacement surgery 6 months ago. According to my doctors my legs are 8 to 10 mm off. It was worst months ago after the surgery so I hope I still have room for more correction. I’m afraid to do the second exercise to prevent dislocation. Thank you for giving me hope.

Thank you so very much!! The first exercise is so unique and I can feel it stretching very deep in the tissues!! The second exercise reveals that I am extremely tight and can only position leg around 15 degrees. I have been doing alot of ballet conditioning but now I realize I haven't been balancing with enough stretches with my short leg condition. Thank you again so happy I found your channel will share with friends and family.
