A2 milk vs regular milk: Which milk is best?

A2 milk and regular milk differ primarily in the type of protein found in them. A2 milk contains only the A2 beta-casein protein, while regular milk contains a mix of A1 and A2 beta-casein proteins.

Most milks sold at the grocery store has the A1 beta-casein, which may cause discomfort in some individuals, such as bloating, gas, or digestive issues.

A2 milk health benefits

A2 milk offers several potential advantages over regular milk, including:

Digestive Health: Some people report that they experience fewer digestive discomforts, such as bloating, gas, or abdominal discomfort, when consuming A2 milk compared to regular milk. This is often attributed to the absence of A1 beta-casein, which some suggest may be harder to digest for certain individuals.

Reduced Inflammation: A2 milk may have anti-inflammatory properties due to its specific protein composition.

Easier Digestion for Some: While not everyone experiences issues with regular milk, those who are sensitive to lactose or experience discomfort from A1 beta-casein may find that A2 milk is easier to digest.

Nutrient Content: A2 milk contains the same essential nutrients as regular milk, including protein, calcium, vitamins (such as B12), and minerals. The amino acids are 100% available to the body.

Thank you for this information. I didn't know about A2 milk. I will buy A2 milk when I go to the grocery store. I usually don't drink milk because it upsets my stomach. Thank you. Take care y'all. It's a beautiful day everyday with Jesus.

Raw milk is the way to go. For more research on raw milk, check out Sally Fallon. The foundation she runs has a list of raw milk farmers. Here in Indiana we do herd sharing. Also, check out why they are trying to shut down the Amish farmer in PA.

I don't understand why government can't leave food alone, messing it up, they didn't have these problems back in the 60s, because wasn't tampered with like it is now

We love raw milk, but at $12 a gallon we had to give it up.

What’s is the best cheese with natural A2? For years I have not bee able to eat any dairy. Through another YouTube video I learned about A2 and gave it a try. I feel blessed to be able to enjoy milk again. I will rather splurge on something that’s good for my health rather than try to save a few bucks on something that will cause my health to decline.

As I got older (in age) my milk intolerance or allergy (really) got much worst. I finally figured out that the A1 protein was a BIG problem for me. A1 creates an actual allergic reaction mainly as internal swelling that kicks off a cascade of issues including central apnea. I still have some slight problems with A2 but it is much better.

I wish I could buy raw A2 but no one near me sells it.

I figured out the A1 connection after using camels milk in powdered form but couldn't get it from India during the pandemic. When I researched the difference between camel's milk and cow's milk the A1 protein came up.

I wud like to hear more abt keeping the cows milking.... what do they do to those babies?? We can live without stealing calves' milk - cows love their babies SO MUCH - how can anyone tolerate tearing their babies away....

Raw milk is so expensive here. I think the grocery store has the A milk however. Hopefully not at $6 a half gallon.

Thank you. Whenever I drink milk it causes my skin to break out (acne). I’ve wondered about this. Back in good old days they would not have pasteurized. Was thinking it would have been better for them.
