a2 Milk Review- Am I Really Lactose Intolerant?

The folks at a2 Milk claim that some people who think they are lactose intolerant may really just have a problem with the a1 protein in regular milk. I have avoided dairy for 20 years thinking I was lactose intolerant- though my DNA test says I shouldn't be. Today I put a2 Milk to the test by drinking a glass of it and seeing if cramps and bloating leave me curled up on the sofa.

I started to drink a2 milk too. no more stomach pain it is truly amazing. I have tried to avoid milk for many years. finally i can enjoy the taste of milk again!! thanks A2

I've had terrible trouble with dairy for years. I just started eating A2 dairy (yogurt and mild cheddar cheese) from a local farm in PA. I love it, and am having NO problems at all.

Seems high but people spend way more on a pack of cigarettes. If you gotta have milk it's worth getting what you really want.

A2 milk sometimes needs a little time. Tolerance may need to be developed either because of an intolerance to A1 milk or from not drinking milk.

I drink Lactaid brand milk because I am lactose intolerant. Is this milk supposed to work for people who are lactose intolerant?

IAM going to give it a try. Those milk alternative Suck! Not even close to being like milk. Just make sure that you don't contimanate it with other products that contains milk.
