I use sliders when doing jumping jacks. keeps my knees safe. you can use sliders on carpet or wood floors. The sliders forces you to engage your muscle in your legs to come together and it’s knee friendly. if you don’t have sliders use paper plates. or two face rags.

I'm doing sets of 20 reps I am able to do 100 straight on 190 today adding 10 more everyday not notice much result except more energy bottom seems more toned which others notice I shall keep going.
Then I hope to introduce burpees
