It’s not easy to admit you are a perfectionist!

Most people often don’t even know they are perfectionists struggling with the endless weight of their unrealistic expectations!

Wouldn’t it be easier just to recognize it and do something about it?

Often, the response I get when I confront my client's perfectionism is the fear that I’m asking them to “lower” their standards or “be mediocre” (their words, not mine).

I approach such resistance with compassion because I know that perfectionism is driven by fear, and it will show up even when you are trying to challenge it.
