Some years back, I had a box of regular Cheerios which I don't eat.\, never did, and I put these out on the ground for the magpies and ravens to eat. They did not touch them. Nothing did. That tells me something.

I gave up visiting my doctor over 5 years ago. The final straw was being prescribed antibiotics for a hernia! I now self diagnose any of the very few ailments I get. Being carnivore for 3 years seems to keep my health on an even keel.

Boycott oatmeal! RD advising type II diabetic recommends oatmeal. WHAT? It's 100 percent starch which is 100 percent sugar. Yet no one would dare speak poorly of oatmeal. Daily there's "healthy eating" articles about oats and grains.

If you just reverse the chart so that smaller bars means less harmful, it’s a decent chart. It’s a a great chart if you then throw all the bars that are not red in the trash.

I can’t afford 100% meat but mostly “ketovore” I eat some whole foods like avocado, peppers, onions etc but quit all sugar and refined carbs! I lost 6 inches in my waist! Don’t weigh myself as I have a lot of muscle and is demotivating to see an arbitrary number. I never felt better! Was a vegetarian for over a decade and became overweight a couple months on a veg diet! Now I am back to my normal size!!
