Canonically, the doom slayer could kill it. In the doom lore, it states that the slayers power is equal to his will, basically meaning that if he wants to kill something, it dies. The doom slayer has infinite power, as long as he wants the beast to die, he can kill it.

instead of typing "scp 682 killer" in the coffe machine, type some thing like "liquide that can make 682 love humans" or something similare

You can always travel back in time, all the way to the origins of SCP-682, so you can discover how the reptile became so hyper-adaptive and hyper-regenerative in the first place, then use a specific method to prevent the thing from becoming “hard to kill”, and everything should be fine again.

Here's an idea... Instead of killing it, why doesn't the SCP foundation attempt to erase 682's memories and make the creature not try to kill humans? It's not a kill attempt so wouldn't that make it so the creature wouldn't have anything to adapt to since it only adapts to physical damage?

Why dont you just give it a shared containment cell with the immortal little girl? They both enjoy each other's company and make each other happy. You could even give it a better room that the little girl would enjoy, as it seems 682 likes it when the little girl is happy, based off him letting her color on him and even ride him.

They should've just let the stalemate with SCP-173 happen. Who knows how long they would've just stood there. Whoever authorized shooting 682's eyes should've been fired on the spot.

The foundation has so many incredible cheat tools, they just need to use them right. Back to SCP 294, just type in "liquid that removes SCP-682's regenerative and adaptive abilities for good when touching any part of its body". Since it can assumably produce omnipotent liquids this shouldn't be too much of a problem either. After that it's just a big crocodile-looking thing

pull an interstellar and just send it on a journey that would propel it thousands of years into the future for us to deal with later

One-way ticket to interstellar space should do the trick. A solar sailor type spaceship that has no other method of propelling itself so it can't be tampered with from within. No need to kill what is moving away from us at relativistic speed.
