So I had an idea for an SCP, I call it The Living Sacrifice, it’s essentially a virus that only one person can ever have. It makes you stop aging and become immune to disease but it makes you insanely easy to Kill. Someone bumps into you, pops your internal organs ruptured and you’re dead. Anyone who kills you then becomes the next carrier of The Living Sacrifice. The problem is if 682 got it he would just revive after dieing and no longer be carrying it since whoever killed him would be carrying it. 682 did inspire it though. “That Reptile is Hard to Kill, what if there were something Easy to kill? TOO easy?” And from there the idea sprang forth.

I think it'd be hilarious if there was a story where 682 IS killed, but it ends up causing the universe that it was killed in to die, because it was a fixed point in time sort of thing. 682 MUST exist, or reality itself falls apart

Actually Saitama was challenged by Garou. And it is theorized that 049 caused the “Oh Death” event as all of the dead creatures in that world(including 682) are dead in a way similar to how 049 “cures” his patients. This is actually in line with the 049x682 termination attempt, as when he realizes that his touch couldn’t kill 682, he asks to leave instead of attempting any other method, which is completely unlike his other interactions with anomalies. This implies that here CAN kill 682, but the cost would be to give up his own mission to save humanity from the pestilence. In the “Oh Death” event, the theory is that 049 was a scientist who wanted to destroy the pestilence completely, rather than a doctor who wanted to cure humanity of it.

The drink machine CAN produce a liquid capable of perma-killing 682, however it only dispenses it in tiny styrofoam cup amounts at any given time, making it completely impractical to make enough to do the job.
