I was once bitten by a dog. I didn't knew much about rabies and how terrifying it is but my father came in clutch and washed the wound several times and took me to hospital where I got rabies vaccine. Now seeing these videos I'm terrified that if my father didn't care much about the bite I could have been like this.

After Dog bite - 1st wash the wound thoroughly with tap water and a lot of soap... 2nd go to a doctor or hospital to get Tetnus and Rabies Vaccination and follow up with 2 more doses. 3rd - watch the dog that bit you for 7 days, if the dog dies within 7 days the dog had Rabies. Else its fine not every dog is Rabid but make sure you get all 3 doses in time. In Delhi tetnus shot cost ₹50 and 1 Rabies vaccine cost 350-400. Hope the information is helpful #peace
