When Tim Jones murdered his children, it was 5 years ago and social media wasn't what it is today!
This is the saddest and most horrific case I have ever heard off.
The fact that he decided he wanted to plead not guilty by reason of insanity made this even worse!

I think the Watts case resonated with so many is he seemed so normal and with shanann having so much on social media we felt like we knew her.
He absolutely knew right fron wrong, his voices told him he wouldn't get away with it. Plus he was looking up spice laws. I thank God they havent released video of him loading the bodies.

I think Chris watts got so much attention cause he looked normal (or some weirdos thought cute) and people were shocked, also all of the videos Shannon had posted. I got drawn in because I know people who know his parents and it also was so much information avaliable but we all knew when we saw him on tv something wasn't right. Onto this case, he for a fact knew what he was doing and its so horrible, he didn't just snap when he had a list.

I can only imagine that the oldest child was old enough to perhaps express how much he or they all missed their mom, like most kids would, and perhaps stating that they wanted to be back with her, which he wasn't going to allow for financial or ego reasons. Tragic.

When you look into this case and think this guy killed his five babies.. he then goes on to drive around with their poor little bodies in his vehicle and stops to buy bleach saw's and other things to dispose of them.. it's hard to believe we share the same air as people like this 😞

I remember following this case and feeling awful for the mom. I think he used the kids as a way to keep her anchored, once she was gone and not coming back he couldn’t use them

I think Chris & Shannan rose in popularity because she was pregnant, and also filmed her family every day for her work. I really connected with her, and being a mom of 2 myself, and my birthday is 5 days after Shananns (same year too) I just really got so into the case. Chris always looking like dad of the year, doting husband, passive.

This case however all I can say is WTF. This is Dahmer just like you said. He knew what he was doing. I have so much to say about this case but I need to gather my thoughts, I'm still in WTF mode. On one hand maybe he does have some undiagnosed schizophrenia, I dont know, I'm not a doctor. A very close relative of mine is schizophrenic and I dont think they would EVER do something like this. I almost believe he lost his temper BUT HE BOUGHT ALL THE SHIT.

This case really has me emotional. The wife gave his custody because he make 80k a year and could provide better than she could. I just cant. Those poor babies
