Thank you for the video well done. My problem with the Rockler pen press is it appears to take quite a bit of hand strength to press the components together. The leverage or gearing on the handle to press portion doesn't give much mechanical advantage and I find it very difficult to press the pen parts together. i had another gentlemen much stronger than me and although he could do it more easily also indicated ti was difficult. Trying to find a different pen press with more leverage. Any ideas?

How do I keep the blank from pausing? I’m trying to shave off the Extra blank that I don’t need but my blank keeps stopping. Do I need more bushings on the Mandela or do I need to speed up the lathe?

Went through 3 pieces and still can't mark the middle, is there a different way to do it?
