Using a digital arrow/ drawing them would help to see the motion of what your talking about in terms of where would the surfer be looking.

Great video! I have a question. I consider myself to be an intermediate surfer. I can catch waves, turn left and right, pump, and sometimes do a small turn or small floater. However, any time I go for a big snappy turn (forehand wave) my board doesn't move. It feels like I'm trying to do a kickturn on a skateboard without lifting the nose. I saw it on video and my head and shoulders are all opening up in the right direction, but I'm getting any torque. Do you know how to fix this?
