I love making chia pudding for breakfast… I do 2 TBS chia with 1 cup milk (usually coconut or almond) then the next morning I add in 1/2 scoop of protein powder to thicken up and get extra protein. If I do vanilla powder I add some blueberries or strawberries, If I do chocolate protein powder I sometimes add in a little peanut butter and it like a dessert.

I live that you included the calories, macros, etc. You always share such great videos, please know that your efforts are greatly appreciated. The Chia seeds pudding has never been a favorite of mine in my weight loss journey, so I started just adding them to my breakfast protein smoothie for the fiber and Omega fats, I "set up" my smoothie the night before and use both chia seeds and oats, plus other things and it's a great breakfast, KALE free (straight up NO for me) Thanks again for another great video

When you said you were going to give the dogs a bath, I was hoping you’d include some of it. Loved it! They’re so cute 🥰 The pasta and apple nachos looked so delicious. Another great video full of great ideas 💡👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

For my chia pudding I add the Fage 0% greek yogurt (zero pts) for more protein and a point worth of sugar free jello cheesecake (or lemon for lemon-blueberry 😋) and a frozen fruit. In the morning I top with a point of the Catalina crunch for more flavor and more protein. 👏🏻

My husband went to the shelter to get me a puppy, he adopted the very first puppy he saw because another dog was on her head peeing down her face. She was a great dog, I miss her so much.

You could have just added more chia again, and it would have thickened. I did a can of pumpkin, sweetener, chia seed and 1/2 cup of almond milk- pumpkin spice seasoning. along with a squirt of whip cream, tastes so good.

All dogs have their quirks ! My 1 yr old golden retriever has ocd .. like for real . Apparently, some breeds are prone to it and she always try's to chew on rocks and if you try to take it from her she will lay on it like it's an egg 🤪 it's a battle everyday !
