We make cold calls all the time. We cold call when we want to be the buyer (no problem) but when its time to be the seller, we respond with tension because we know people dont want to be sold to. Great video.

Selling door to door is easy for me and I can easily read a person and I know no one really talks to me crazy in person but calling on the phone is so difficult for me for some reason. It’s not that I’m nervous or shy or anything because I’m not, it just feels like such a chore that I just hate it so much. I could handle rejection in door to door all day but over the phone I don’t know what it is, but I absolutely hate it.

Josh! I've connected with targeted contacts 7 out of 10 times TO-DAY, because I told them "I am X with Y (I said my name and company, silly) and that I was looking to send that invitation. They either said, they were the person OR they got me over to the right person, then I had a phenomenal conversation and booked a meet with one. The rest said they were happy with their services, but after I "didn't" overcome their objection, they said they'd look into what I suggested and will follow-up with them within the next two weeks. Good Stuff, Man!!

This video was awesome and indeed helpful. I was curious if the strategies you mentioned are applicable for real estate cold calls? I’m in UAE in I’m working as an agent but I have a huge fear of cold calling to owners to see if they want to sell or not, so I could get listings online. But I’m struggling a lot with this. I’d appreciate your response if you could advise me something or if we provide any coaching for real estate agents. 🙏

Hey Josh for the example of person on way to hospital when you call wouldn’t it be intrusive since I’ve done that in the past like you and person was more offended saying it wasn’t my business since I didn’t know them
