This happened to me too and Amazon rep had the nerve to say it wasn't new, that it's Like New. I told her that is nothing like new, it's opened and missing the most vital aspects of the product. She gave an attitude, but ultimately gave me a refund. Amazon should NOT allow any returns on trading cards

I got scammed from Amazon




Story: I got a premium Charizard box and the Inside, the packs were opened and the promo card weren’t in so as the coin but everything else was in and it was sealed completely. We reordered it and I opened it and there were error packs. I got 2 full art leafeons from one. I got a full art Charizard out of a booster pack. Everything was inside.
