Join me on my 3-year planche progression journey!

From a beginner to achieving a FULL MALTESE, I share with you my dedication and hard work in this video.

I started calisthenics started in 2019 after recovering from a head injury in boxing.

At first, I wasn't sure if I would be consistent with my training, but my passion for the sport kept me going.

In this video, I share my journey from the present, but I regret not filming my progress from the beginning.

this cool man. I think most people get discouraged when they cant do some skills after like 6 months, not realizing that it can take years to achieve, and years of hard work not just lifting.

3 years to get from 0 to maltese is impressively fast
When people see a person in your age working out in the gym like day 1 they
Will laugh until they see the end result
This video is one of my best inspirations

I did my first 10 seconds front lever hold in 9 months of training. Aftet that I understood, that I actually messed up, by not training planche too. It was 2 years ago. And I never started planching since then, thinking, that I'd rather be able to do 10 different types of HSPU, then train 3 years to hold 15 seconds planche. Now I am seriously reconsidering this decision....

Me and my puny front lever journey. Currently still on tuck, I hope I can hold it for 3 sec by the end of this year, and maybe do front lever pull ups by the end of next year.

if your reading this know that if you are experiencing pain a movement or hold you should tone down that specific stimulus and do some prehab because you can get an overuse injury which DOES suck even though michael didn't and still progressed to do some of the most advanced skills there are.
