For adding instability you can do your pushups on the rings or in Argentina, both unstable AF. Greatings from Argentina!

2:26 This is the first time I have seen such a device. As I think about it, there is something very wrong about the physics. There is no way to achieve stability on it. It's constantly unstable. So, the motivation to use that device would fade rather quickly, because you are there trying to stabilize something that cannot be stabilized. In contrast, with rings, there is a hope of achieving stability once you develop your stabilizer muscles. This is proven via high performing gymnasts, and I can personally attest to this as well.
