For better results, avoid doing the following:
- Rings too much higher than seat of chair shifts weight diagonally towards the feet as the weight of the upper body is elevated during the “push”. Lower the rings until body is more horizontal.
- Not a good idea to test a new set up (different chair) with the heaviest weight to be used for that workout. Test empty first.

That placement of the weight is spot on, core work is trough the roof. But now, for real, I would have just stepped off the chair in pure fear, you are top tier!

try doing decline ring pushups
because it hits ur upper chest more and u might not need to add weight cuz its harder
