Let me just tell how I feel about it:
I'm a guy and I was completely clueless if a girl was kinda into me. I'm still clueless but that is something that I'm working on on reading the body language and facial expressions.
I'm more reserved and "introverted" and so I rather stay in my corner than go approach a girl that is looking at me...I'm also looking at you so what? Doesn't mean I'm not into her, it is just my way of being, the effort gotta be from both parts and girls have it easier because we guys are super chill, if you are interested come and talk or say something...we can't distinguish when you are looking for ego boost or interested.
Some men will be more proactive on approaching and others will not, everybody is different, same with women.

Exactly what I needed to hear! Now I have completed your last tip with a person I'm interested in, made eye contact, smiled and spoke to a person I was interested in. He smiled back and spoke for ma brief moment then I went back to working out, before leaving the gym he made it a point to tell me to "have nice day" I replied the same to him. By the way we had great eye contact and all smiles!!! EXCITING.. NOW HELP... when I see him again should I smile and wave or let him approach me?
