Worked for me: Settings > All the way to bottom click initialization > restore default settings. Once I did that and signed bk into my account the download finally worked! None of your game data is erased either. Hope it helped !

I had data occurred and after spending so much time trying to figure it out I chose option # 6 first. Then look up this video and said let me give it a try although I erase my PS4 I gave option # 5 a try and it worked. sorry for the long text but it feels good to rebuild data back into your one and only PS4 aka your life lol

Works for Playstation store.
This fix is as simple as 1 2 3.
Step 1- Just go to PS4 settings.
Step 2- Go to date and Time
Step 3- Click on Date and Time settings.
Step 4- Select set Using Internet
Step 5- Click Set Now
Problem solve.
You are now allowed to access your Playstation store again.
